About the Role

Our client, a leading firm in the Construcción sector, is seeking a highly experienced Ingeniero Civil Senior to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of water supply, drainage, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations for hydraulic infrastructure components.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs and constructions adhere to relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, proposals, and technical documentation.




- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hydraulic engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and hydraulic modeling tools.
- Strong understanding of fluid mechanics, hydrology, and structural design principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
