About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily dispatch and scheduling of the company's vehicle fleet.
- Monitor vehicle movements, routes, and delivery progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet information, including mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, and driver logs.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in traffic coordination, fleet management, or dispatch operations.
- Solid understanding of traffic regulations and road safety standards relevant to Chiapas .
- Experience with fleet management software or GPS tracking systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
