Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment process, from order placement to final delivery.
- Manage inventory levels across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers or internal warehouse teams for order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Select and manage shipping carriers, negotiating rates and ensuring efficient delivery times.
- Monitor shipping performance and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Process returns and manage customer feedback related to order fulfillment and delivery.
- Analyze e-commerce logistics data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and e-commerce platform requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Implement and utilize technology solutions to enhance e-commerce operations efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
