Zendesk is seeking a Senior Analyst in Strategic Finance & Analytics to drive decision support, forecasting and dashboards for leadership, including CFO and C-Suite. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Enterprise Data and Operations to scale analytics with AI.
You will develop SQL queries, build BI reports, and create automated workflows, turning data into actionable insights in a fast-paced, integral SaaS environment.
