Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies for last-mile delivery operations in the Naucalpan region to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
- Manage and optimize route planning and dispatching processes, utilizing advanced software and real-time data.
- Oversee a fleet of delivery vehicles and a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and performance standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for last-mile delivery, including on-time delivery rates, delivery accuracy, cost per delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce delivery times, and minimize operational costs.
- Manage relationships with third-party delivery partners, if applicable, ensuring service quality and compliance.
