Copeland is seeking an Americas RTR Regional Manager to lead the Record-to-Report operations across the Americas within the Integral Business Services organization. You will drive accurate close, standardization, and continuous improvement while partnering with Finance leadership and multiple entities.
You will manage a regional team, ensure timely month/quarter/year-end closes, and drive governance, risk management, and automation initiatives in a matrixed, global environment.
