About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement communication plans and media outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with local and national media representatives.
- Write and edit press releases, articles, media advisories, and other communication materials.
- Organize press conferences, media briefings, and other public relations events.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and report on campaign effectiveness.




- Assist in the development of key messages and talking points for spokespersons.
- Support crisis communication efforts as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications and media relations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or media relations.
- Proven experience in writing press releases and managing media outreach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape in Puebla and surrounding regions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using communication and media monitoring tools is a plus.
- Must be able to work from our office in Puebla, Puebla .
