Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content and social media strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the creation and curation of compelling, high‑quality content across various digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
- Manage the company's social media presence across all relevant platforms, fostering community engagement and driving meaningful interactions.
- Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Analyze social media and content performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, reporting key metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and messaging.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices, incorporating them into strategic planning.




- Manage and mentor a remote team of content creators and social media specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Develop and manage the content and social media budget effectively.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful, data‑driven social media and content marketing strategies.
- Expertise in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their respective advertising and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with a strong command of English as well.
- Experience leading and managing remote teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management and excellent organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
- Must be a self‑starter, highly motivated, and able to thrive in an independent, remote work environment.
