Job Description

Resumen del Puesto Coordinar eficientemente las actividades de la cadena de suministro para asegurar la entrega oportuna de productos y el mantenimiento de niveles óptimos de inventario.

- Monitorear y gestionar los niveles de inventario de materias primas, productos en proceso y productos terminados.
- Coordinar con proveedores y transportistas para asegurar la recepción y expedición de materiales y productos.
- Procesar órdenes de compra y ventas, verificando la exactitud de los datos y su cumplimiento.
- Realizar seguimiento a los envíos y resolver cualquier incidencia o retraso en la cadena de suministro.
- Colaborar con los departamentos de producción, ventas y finanzas para optimizar los procesos de la cadena de suministro.
- Generar informes de desempeño de la cadena de suministro, identificando áreas de mejora.
- Participar en la implementación de nuevas estrategias y tecnologías para la optimización logística.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos, así como de las regulaciones externas aplicables.

Cualificaciones

- Licenciatura en Logística, Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en la industria manufacturera.
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y experiencia con sistemas ERP (SAP,



Oracle o similar).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo en un entorno de ritmo ágil.
- Orientado/a a resultados, con atención al detalle y habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Conocimiento de principios de gestión de inventarios y logística.
- Dominio del idioma inglés (intermedio/avanzado) es una ventaja.
