Key Responsibilities

- Design innovative and functional interior spaces for corporate clients.
- Develop conceptual designs, space plans, and detailed interior design drawings.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and client requirements.




- Manage project timelines and budgets for interior design phases.
- Prepare design presentations and proposals for client approval.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in workplace design, technology, and sustainability.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with an interior design specialization.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate interior design.
- Proven track record of managing interior design projects for corporate clients.
- Proficiency in interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) specification.
- Knowledge of building codes and accessibility regulations relevant to commercial interiors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative flair and a strong sense of aesthetic.
