Key Responsibilities

- Safely command and control aircraft in accordance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations.
- Ensure the highest standards of flight safety and operational efficiency.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, flight planning, and weather analysis.
- Manage crew and passengers, providing clear communication and ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and deviations from normal flight operations.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and other operational departments.
- Participate in recurrent training and continuous professional development.
- Mentor and guide junior pilots, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.





Requirements

- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with relevant type ratings.
- Minimum of 3000 flight hours, with at least 1500 hours in multi-engine aircraft.
- Proven experience as a Captain or First Officer on comparable aircraft types.
- Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations, air traffic control procedures, and navigation techniques.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a first-class medical certificate.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Residency or willingness to relocate to the Morelia, Michoacán area.
