About the Role

Our client is searching for a dynamic and client-focused Beauty and Wellness Consultant to join their thriving team in Zapopan, Jalisco . Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their beauty and wellness needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations for skincare, makeup, and wellness products and services.
- Educate clients on product ingredients, benefits, and usage techniques.
- Develop customized wellness plans that complement aesthetic goals.
- Assist clients in achieving their desired results through expert advice and support.
- Stay current with the latest beauty industry trends, treatments, and wellness innovations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote new products and services.
- Maintain client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in esthetics or cosmetology is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a beauty consulting, esthetics, or sales role.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup application, and general wellness principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for active listening.
- Ability to work effectively both in-person and remotely, with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using consultation software and digital communication tools.
- A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Ability to work a adaptable schedule, accommodating both in-office and remote requirements.
- Proven track record of meeting sales or client satisfaction targets.
