Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports and identify trends.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Help administer employee benefits and respond to employee inquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects related to talent management, performance, and engagement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems and reports.
- Prepare regular HR metrics and dashboards for management review.
- Assist with compliance-related activities.
- Contribute to process improvements within the HR department.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.




- Previous internship or entry-level experience in an HR role, with an emphasis on data or analytics, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR software.
- Good understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico.
