Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Design and implement robust automated testing frameworks using BDD and TDD methodologies for web applications and microservices.
- 3. Conduct API and microservice testing, leveraging tools such as Postman and integrating with CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins and CircleCI.
- 4. Execute manual, accessibility, and performance testing to validate application quality and reliability.
- 5. Configure and analyze New Relic Dashboards and NRQL queries to monitor application performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- 6.



Lead quality program management for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes.
- 7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues uncovered during testing, contributing to the overall stability and performance of web applications.
- 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and communicate testing outcomes effectively.
