About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing technology firm focused on enhancing customer communication through AI, is seeking an experienced Especialista en Aprendizaje Automático y Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural to join their Investigación y Desarrollo team. This is an on-site position based in our modern facilities in Puebla, Puebla , offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will be at the forefront of developing intelligent systems that understand and generate human language, significantly impacting our product offerings. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a deep passion for NLP and a strong background in machine learning model development. This role requires close collaboration with product managers and software engineers to bring innovative AI solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and deploy advanced NLP models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, text summarization, named entity recognition, and question answering.
- Develop and refine machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
- Experiment with state-of-the-art NLP techniques, including deep learning architectures (e.g., Transformers, LSTMs, CNNs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and integrate NLP capabilities into user-facing applications.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and industry trends in NLP and machine learning.




- Contribute to the development of internal tools and libraries to accelerate NLP research and development.
- Communicate technical findings and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in NLP and machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with extensive experience using libraries like NLTK, spaCy, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts, algorithms, and evaluation metrics.
- Experience with large-scale text data processing and analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, essential for an on-site collaborative role.
