About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and conduct pioneering research in generative artificial intelligence, focusing on LLMs, diffusion models, and related areas.
- Develop novel algorithms and architectures for generating realistic text, images, audio, and other data modalities.
- Design and execute research experiments, analyze results, and publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented AI researchers and engineers.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into practical applications and features.
- Stay at the forefront of generative AI research and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Manage research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute to the company's overall AI strategy and research roadmap.




- Evaluate and benchmark new generative models and techniques.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and scientific rigor within the research team.

Requirements

- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Demonstrated track record of significant contributions to generative AI research, evidenced by publications in leading venues.
- Extensive experience with state-of-the-art generative models, including LLMs, GANs, VAEs, and diffusion models.
- Strong theoretical understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience leading research projects and mentoring junior researchers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex research ideas.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment.
- Experience with large-scale data handling and distributed training is highly desirable.
