About the Role

Our client, a prominent industrial facility, is seeking a proactive and experienced Head of Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance Team for their operations in **León, Guanajuato**. This crucial role ensures the continuous smooth operation and pristine condition of the facility through effective management of cleaning staff and the implementation of rigorous preventive maintenance schedules for cleaning equipment. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and supervise a team of cleaning and maintenance technicians.
- Develop and execute comprehensive cleaning schedules for all areas of the industrial facility.
- Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance program for all cleaning equipment to minimize downtime.




- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and spare parts for maintenance, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, health regulations, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cleaning services or equipment maintenance promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, maintenance performed, and inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning and maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning supervision and/or maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with maintenance requirements for cleaning equipment (e.g., industrial vacuums, floor scrubbers).
