About the Role

Our client seeks a dedicated and empathetic Asesor de Casos y Prevención de Riesgos Sociales for their operations in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas . This role is vital in providing direct support to individuals and families facing social challenges, offering guidance, resources, and intervention strategies. The position involves a hybrid work model, combining essential on-site engagement with remote administrative tasks, ensuring a balanced approach to community outreach and operational efficiency. You will be instrumental in assessing client needs, developing personalized support plans, and connecting them with appropriate social services and resources within the community. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive social assessments to identify client needs and risks.
- Develop and implement individualized case management plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to clients, addressing social, emotional, and practical concerns.
- Facilitate access to community resources, including healthcare, housing, education, and employment services.
- Develop and deliver preventative social programs and workshops for target groups.
- Monitor client progress and adjust support plans as needed, documenting all interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other social service agencies, government bodies, and community organizations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational policies.




- Prepare reports on case progress, program effectiveness, and identified community needs.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related human services field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, counseling, or social services.
- Solid understanding of social issues, community dynamics, and available resources in Chiapas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both on-site and remotely.
- Proficiency in using case management software and standard office applications.
- Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
- Knowledge of local cultural contexts and sensitivities is highly valued.
- Must be able to commute to the office in Tuxtla Gutiérrez for scheduled on-site workdays.
