Senior Recruitment Consultant

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, assessing, and placing top talent across various industries. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the complete recruitment process for assigned client roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates from diverse talent pools.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and hiring managers, providing expert advice and regular updates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy.




- Stay abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and new recruitment tools to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for remote interaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS, CRM systems, and online professional networking platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a valuable remote team member.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
