About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Especialista en Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales to join their dynamic team in Toluca, State of Mexico . This role is crucial for maintaining a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering strong employee relations. The adecuado candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record in conflict resolution and employee engagement. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of our team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with Mexican labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Organize and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the workplace.




- Facilitate communication between management and employees to promote a harmonious work environment.
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on employee relations and labor law.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (e.g., Ley Federal del Trabajo).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in conflict mediation and resolution.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
