Zendesk is seeking a Proposal Manager to own the end-to-end responses for RFx opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Presales, Legal and Security to craft clear, accurate bids and manage timelines from kickoff to submission.
You will coach the sales team on procurement best practices, improve processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality proposals in a fast-paced, general environment with hybrid work from Mexico.
