About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary Arquitecto de Datos to lead the design and implementation of robust Business Intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-level data warehousing solutions, including star schemas and snowflake schemas.
- Define data models and structures that support business intelligence, reporting, and analytical needs.
- Oversee the implementation of ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and timely availability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Select and implement appropriate BI tools and technologies.
- Establish data governance standards and best practices.




- Provide technical leadership and guidance on data architecture and BI best practices.
- Optimize data warehouse performance for efficient querying and reporting.
- Stay current with emerging trends in data warehousing, BI, and data architecture.

Requirements

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, or BI development.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex data warehouse solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (dimensional and relational).
- Extensive experience with SQL and database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS, Talend) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Understanding of Big Data technologies and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
