We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.
1,*****,500 USD per month, depending on experience.
Full-time remote contractor position.
Responsibilities
Coordinate video projects from assignment through completionTrack deadlines, revisions,
and deliverablesPerform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formattingProvide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editorsMaintain organized project workflows and communication across the team
Excellent written and spoken English
Exceptional attention to detail and organizationStrong project coordination and time-management skillsAble to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing detailsAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Preferred: Video editing/QA, creative operations, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience.
