About the Role

Our client, a wellness center dedicated to promoting holistic health and personal transformation, is seeking a skilled Terapeuta Holístico y Coach de Bienestar Integral. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to reach clients wherever they are. You will guide individuals on their journey towards greater physical, mental, and emotional well-being, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities and coaching techniques. The idóneo candidate is deeply passionate about alternative healing, mindfulness, and empowering individuals to achieve their wellness goals. This role requires a compassionate and intuitive approach, coupled with strong professional ethics and a commitment to continuous learning. You will be instrumental in creating personalized wellness plans and facilitating profound positive changes in the lives of your clients. We are looking for an independent, self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote setting and is dedicated to the art of healing and empowerment. This opportunity is based in Cuernavaca, Morelos , but the practice itself is remote.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct client assessments to understand their holistic health needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized wellness plans incorporating various therapeutic approaches (e.g., meditation, energy healing, stress management techniques).
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to support clients in achieving their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and tools for maintaining long-term health and balance.
- Facilitate guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, and other wellness practices virtually.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in holistic health and wellness coaching.




- Collaborate with other wellness professionals as needed to provide comprehensive client care.
- Promote services and build a strong client base through professional networking and referrals.

Requirements

- Certification or degree in a relevant holistic therapy modality (e.g., Massage Therapy, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness Coach, Acupuncturist).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a holistic therapist and/or wellness coach.
- Strong knowledge of various holistic health principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a safe, supportive, and confidential virtual environment.
- Proficiency with online communication platforms (Zoom, Skype, etc.) and scheduling software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setup.
- Professional liability insurance is required.
- Commitment to personal growth and ongoing professional development.
