About the Role

Our client, an acclaimed restaurant celebrated for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service, is seeking an experienced and charismatic Service and Customer Experience Manager for their location in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. This pivotal role demands a leader dedicated to elevating the guest dining experience through exceptional front-of-house management and a deep understanding of hospitality. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well-cared for from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will possess a refined palate, outstanding interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proven ability to lead and inspire a service team to achieve the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge, skills, and adherence to service standards.
- Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth workflow and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests to maximize satisfaction and table turnover.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, turning potentially negative situations into positive experiences.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, wine list, and beverage offerings to guide guests and staff effectively.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety,



and sanitation standards for front-of-house operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and service staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory for front-of-house supplies and operational needs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall guest dining experience and foster customer loyalty.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a management role focused on service and customer experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry, preferably fine dining.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging guests.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and etiquette.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Knowledge of menu items, wine, and spirits is highly desirable.
- Ability to work versátil hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
