Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer – Final Assembly

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer – Final Assembly to develop, optimize and secure final assembly processes, tooling, fixtures and manufacturing equipment.

The idóneo candidate will have experience in manufacturing engineering, assembly process development, equipment validation and implementation of product and process changes, preferably within the automotive, heavy truck or commercial vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and optimize final assembly manufacturing processes.
- Develop and validate tooling, jigs, fixtures and assembly equipment.
- Ensure manufacturing readiness through prototype, pilot and project builds.
- Support new product introductions and engineering change implementation.
- Collaborate with Design, Quality, Production and Product Engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues using root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality and process efficiency.
- Support equipment commissioning,



process trials and production implementation.
- Maintain manufacturing documentation, PFMEA, process flow charts and work instructions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience in final assembly and manufacturing process development.
- Knowledge of tooling, jigs, fixtures and assembly equipment.
- Experience with process validation, prototype builds and pilot builds.
- Understanding of engineering change management and product/process implementation.
- Familiarity with PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis and 8D methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
