About the Role

Our client, a global leader in talent acquisition solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Personnel Selection Consultant to join their fully remote team. This role is critical for identifying and attracting top talent worldwide to support our diverse international client base. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering, with a focus on cross-border placements. Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across various international locations and industries.
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates worldwide.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, evaluating skills, experience, cultural fit, and international mobility readiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and hiring managers.
- Utilize advanced recruitment technologies and platforms to identify and engage global talent.
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws, visa requirements, and relocation logistics.
- Negotiating complex International compensation packages and employment offers.
- Provide expert consultation and market insights on global talent acquisition trends.




- Champion diversity and inclusion in global recruitment efforts.
- Maintain exceptional candidate experience throughout the international recruitment process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in international recruitment and selection, or recruitment within a global organization.
- Proven success in sourcing, assessing, and placing candidates in diverse global markets.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws, employment practices, and visa processes.
- Expertise in using global recruitment tools, ATS, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Exceptional interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both Spanish and English, with proficiency in other languages being a plus, Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote workload with a integral scope.
- Strong problem solving skills and adaptability to different cultural contexts.
