Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth analysis of industrial processes and operational workflows for various international sites.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and quality enhancement in production and service delivery.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions and strategies for process optimization.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams through virtual communication channels.
- Manage and execute industrial engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
- Develop and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Research and propose adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance operational performance globally.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, projects, and implemented solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within a distributed workforce.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company policies across all assigned projects.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, process optimization,



or operations management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python for data analysis) and project management tools.
- Exceptional virtual communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities across different regions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico and have a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
