About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Ingeniero Eléctrico de Diseño y Desarrollo de Circuitos to join their research and development team in Morelia, Michoacán, MX . This position is crucial for the conceptualization, design, simulation, and testing of analog and digital electronic circuits for new product development. The idóneo candidate will have a strong foundation in circuit theory, semiconductor devices, and microelectronics, coupled with hands‑on experience in PCB layout and prototype testing. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the creation of next-generation electronic products that meet demanding performance specifications. This is an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of electronic design.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, simulate, and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for various applications.
- Create schematic diagrams and perform PCB layout using industry‑standard EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence).
- Select appropriate electronic components based on performance, cost, and availability requirements.
- Build and test circuit prototypes, performing validation and verification against design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits, identifying root causes of failures.
- Collaborate with firmware engineers and mechanical designers to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
- Conduct design reviews and document design specifications, test procedures, and results.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in electronic components, circuit design techniques, and manufacturing technologies.




- Assist in the transition of designs from R&D; to production, supporting manufacturing engineers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in analog and digital circuit design and development.
- Proficiency in using EDA tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, Cadence Allegro).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and power management ICs.
- Experience with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware development is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- Experience with RF circuit design is an advantage.
