About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking organization dedicated to expanding access to healthcare and mental wellness services, is actively seeking a highly motivated Especialista en Tele-Salud y Bienestar Digital . This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within Mexico. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing our innovative telehealth programs, ensuring seamless delivery of care and support to clients nationwide. The idóneo candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital health technologies, patient support, and the unique challenges and opportunities of remote healthcare delivery. You will be instrumental in enhancing our digital infrastructure and expanding our reach, making quality health services more accessible than ever before. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies for expanding telehealth services, focusing on patient experience and clinical outcomes.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the telehealth platform, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth user experience.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, technical support teams, and patients to facilitate effective remote consultations.
- Create and deliver training materials for both healthcare professionals and patients on using telehealth technologies.
- Monitor telehealth usage, patient feedback, and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Research and recommend new digital health tools and platforms to enhance service offerings.




- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA equivalents in Mexico) and security protocols.
- Develop content and resources related to digital wellness and proactive health management.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote telehealth services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telehealth operations, digital health, or health program management.
- Proven understanding of telehealth platforms, EMR/EHR systems, and digital health technologies.
- Experience in patient support, technical troubleshooting, and user training.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
