With multiple locations, it delivers a customized approach to community management.Customer Service RepresentativeAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:Answer 30 to 50 inbound resident support calls dailyMaintain call center expectations and metricsVerify and update resident informationDe-escalate and resolve concernsEducate residents on website use and troubleshoot access issuesComplete call summaries and case notesPerform payment researchHandle basic administrative tasksWork ScheduleMonday - FridayStandard time: 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.Daylight saving: 7:00 a.M. to 4:00 p.MThis is a remote position, in case you get selected you'll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.BenefitsCompetitive Salary (According to experience).
