Hospitals and health systems around the Broward County area have partnered with Working Nurses to deliver patient-centered care in the home.The home health LPN is responsible for providing care in accordance with the patient's plan of care to include comprehensive health, monitoring of the patient's condition, health promotion, teaching and training activities, and direct nursing care.The adecuado candidate must have experience and knowledge of Medicare, excellent communication skills,
