We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator to plan, produce, and publish content across ASIO's social channels.
You'll turn our product, our users' stories and our daily webinars into content that people want to watch and share.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cancún, with flexibility to work part of the week from home.What you'll doPlan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and XWrite clear, engaging copy and captions that match our brand voiceCreate images, short videos, stories and reels, working with our designersSchedule and publish postsTrack performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust content based on the dataStay on top of social media trends and bring ideas to content brainstormsSupport marketing campaigns and product launchesReply to comments and messages from our community quickly and professionallyWork closely with marketing and other teams to keep messaging consistentWhat we're looking forExperience in social media, marketing, communications,



or a related fieldStrong writing and editing skills for social mediaExperience creating visual and video content with common tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)Good knowledge of the major platforms and what works on eachBasic understanding of social media analytics, and the ability to act on itOrganized, able to manage a calendar and meet deadlinesComfortable working in a hybrid setup: in person in Cancún and independently from homeExcellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plusBasic knowledge of branding and digital marketing (audiences, visual identity)Open to feedback and eager to learn new tools and trendsA degree or certification in a related field is a plus, but not requiredA fast-growing environment with real users and real stories to tellDirect work with the founders and the product team#J-*****-Ljbffr
