About the Role

Our client, a premier consulting firm specializing in human capital solutions, is actively seeking a motivated Selection Consultant with a strong background in the retail sector. This role is essential for supporting our clients in finding and hiring top talent within the competitive retail landscape. The position is fully remote, allowing you to operate from any location while collaborating effectively with a dispersed team and clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding client needs to sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating offers. Key Responsibilities

- Partner with retail clients to define their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates for various retail positions, including store management, merchandising, and corporate roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely updates and communication with candidates and clients.
- Provide insights into the retail talent market, including compensation benchmarks and availability of key skill sets.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail industry professionals and potential candidates.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize recruitment technology and best practices to optimize sourcing and selection efforts.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a significant focus on the retail industry.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of retail roles, from entry-level to management.
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies effective for the retail sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
