About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Desarrollador Full Stack Senior to join their growing e-commerce platform team in Zapopan, Jalisco . This role is critical for enhancing user experience and driving business growth through innovative web solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to implementation and deployment of robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. The adecuado candidate possesses a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, a proven track record in e-commerce development, and a commitment to delivering high-quality code. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This position is based in our office in Zapopan, Jalisco , offering a fully on-site work experience to foster team collaboration and accelerate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
- Design and implement user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user experiences.
- Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and databases to support complex e-commerce functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.




- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack, ensuring seamless operation of the e-commerce platform.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a significant focus on e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Extensive experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby) and frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and related technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
