About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code for backend services and microservices.
- Build and maintain scalable and high-performance APIs that serve internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and resource efficiency.




- Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of the backend platform.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development using Java.
- Proven experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM technologies.
- Familiarity with message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Puebla, Puebla .
