Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement internal communication plans to support organizational goals.
- Create engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and town halls.
- Manage and maintain internal communication platforms.
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and recommend improvements.
- Assist in communicating organizational changes and updates to employees.
- Facilitate dialogue and feedback mechanisms between leadership and employees.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Experience in content creation for various internal communication channels.
- Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for connecting people.
- Knowledge of the business environment in Mérida, Yucatán, MX is a plus.
