About the Role

Our client, a leading organization in mental health and psychosocial support, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Coordinador de Programas de Apoyo Psicosocial a Distancia . This is a fully remote position, allowing you to leverage technology to deliver vital support services across the country. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and scaling our remote psychosocial support programs, ensuring they are effective, accessible, and impactful. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong background in psychology, social work, or counseling, with extensive experience in digital mental health delivery, program management, and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and providing essential support to individuals and communities through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive remote psychosocial support programs.
- Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of mental health professionals and support staff operating remotely.
- Develop and refine protocols for delivering online counseling, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention.
- Ensure the effective use of telehealth platforms and digital tools for service delivery and client management.
- Monitor program quality, client outcomes, and adherence to ethical standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance program accessibility and integration.




- Conduct needs assessments and develop strategies to address emerging psychosocial challenges.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the development of innovative digital mental health solutions and resources.

Requirements

- Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in psychosocial support program management, with at least 2 years focused on remote or digital service delivery.
- Proven experience in supervising mental health professionals and managing clinical teams.
- Deep understanding of digital mental health technologies, platforms, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is highly advantageous.
- Experience with data analysis and program evaluation is essential.
