Position Overview We are recruiting Deck Department professionals for cruise ship operations , responsible for navigation, vessel safety, and overall deck management onboard.

⚓ Key Responsibilities Deck Officer (OOW / 3rd / 2nd Officer) Perform navigational watchkeeping duties on the bridge Ensure safe navigation and route monitoring Operate navigational equipment (ECDIS, radar, GPS) Participate in safety drills and emergency response Maintain logs and ensure compliance with maritime regulations Safety Officer Oversee all onboard safety procedures and compliance Conduct safety inspections, drills, and training Ensure compliance with SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS regulations Investigate incidents and maintain safety documentation Promote a strong safety culture onboard Bosun Supervise deck ratings and daily deck operations Coordinate maintenance of deck areas and equipment Manage mooring, anchoring, and deck tasks Ensure safety procedures are followed during operations Staff Captain Second-in-command of the vessel Oversee all deck operations and safety procedures Supervise officers and ensure compliance with regulations Coordinate emergency response and drills Support the Captain in overall vessel management Captain (Master) Overall command of the vessel Responsible for safe navigation, crew management, and compliance Ensure adherence to international maritime laws and company policies Lead emergency response and decision-making Represent the company and ensure guest and crew safety at all times ?
