Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar.8+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry.Bilingual - Advanced technical level.
* Oral and written communication skills including management level presentation experience.DVP, DFMEA, PPAP, DV, PV testing, Dimensional Control.First surface or Product Design Office experience.
* Change management methods.Preferred:Preferred Qualifications:MBA and/or Advanced Engineering Degree.Design/Release of key components within the Exterior Trim commodity.Reactive problem solving - Green belt certified.Design For Six Sigma - Green belt certified.Project Management certified.Program management skills - including supplier development.
