Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the complete recruitment process for assigned client roles, ensuring efficiency and quality.

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and hiring managers, providing expert advice and regular updates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines and ensure data accuracy.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry best practices, and new recruitment tools to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
