Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional social worker license in Mexico.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical social work or a related healthcare setting.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, insurance, and community resources.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.

- Adaptability and comfort with technology for remote client interaction.
