Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals in Tlalnepantla .
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to foster employee growth and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively to achieve departmental objectives.
- Drive organizational change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
- Proven experience in leading HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Experience working within industrial or manufacturing sectors in Tlalnepantla is a plus.
