About the Role

Our client, a specialist in advanced aviation electronics, is looking for a talented Técnico de Electrónica de Aviación y Aviónica to join their distributed team, operating on a fully remote basis. This position is idóneo for an individual with a strong foundation in electronics and a passion for aviation systems, seeking the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for the remote support, troubleshooting, and analysis of complex avionics systems, contributing to the design and testing phases through detailed documentation and virtual collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support for troubleshooting and diagnosing avionics and electronic systems. Analyze technical data and schematics to identify system faults and performance issues. Assist in the testing and validation of new avionics hardware and software designs. Document findings, create technical reports, and propose solutions for system improvements. Collaborate virtually with engineering teams, production staff, and field technicians. Interpret and apply technical manuals, repair procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of avionic technologies and relevant industry standards. Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and training materials. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation related to system support. Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

Requirements





Technical degree or certification in Electronics, Avionics, or a related field. Proven experience in the maintenance, repair, or testing of aviation electronic or avionics systems. Strong understanding of digital and analog circuitry, microprocessors, and communication systems used in aviation. Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electronic schematics and technical documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for technical reporting and collaboration. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with common testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers). Experience with software relevant to avionics diagnostics is a plus. Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable, high-speed internet connection for remote operations. Must be legally eligible to work remotely within Mexico.
