You will be responsible for producing comprehensive specifications that guide construction teams, ensuring projects are built to the highest standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and produce detailed architectural specifications for all project phases.
- Prepare precise technical drawings, details, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with design architects and project managers to ensure specifications align with design intent.
- Research and evaluate building materials, systems, and construction technologies.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors for conformance with specifications.
- Assist in resolving technical issues during the construction phase.
- Maintain a library of specifications and product data.

MEP, etc.) to integrate their requirements into overall project specifications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural practice, with a strong focus on technical documentation and specifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing and managing architectural specifications using industry standards (e.g., CSI MasterFormat).
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and specification writing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in Puebla is a plus.
