You'll lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement while building scalable HR processes that support a growing hospitality business.
This role requires someone who can balance strategic people management with day-to-day HR operations.
You'll work closely with executive leadership and hotel managers to build a high-performing team, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure consistent people operations across all locations.
