Today we have 290,000+ Microsoft 365 users who leverage Collaboration Solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform, Office Online Products, Teams etc)



The Microsoft 365 Collaboration Analyst will support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 Collaboration services.
The role requires understanding of the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystems, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support day-to-day operations and service delivery.
Working closely with architects, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Your Impact M365 Management/Governance: Responsible for supporting Microsoft 365 platform administration by executing configuration changes, managing permissions and licenses, assisting with service requests, and performing operational tasks in alignment with architecture, governance, and security guidelines.
,Collaboration Platforms Support: Responsible for administering approved collaboration platforms such as Miro, Smartsheet, and by executing configuration changes, managing user access, supporting platform operations, and implementing approved enhancements under the guidance of the Collaboration Architects.
