About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of specialized pharmaceutical products, is looking for a technically adept and customer-focused Pharmaceutical Technical Support and Healthcare Professional Liaison to join their team in Mexicali, Baja California . This role serves as a critical link between our company and healthcare professionals, providing expert technical information, support, and education on our product portfolio. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster strong relationships within the medical community, ensuring the optimal use of our advanced pharmaceutical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support and information to physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding our products. Respond to inquiries regarding product efficacy, safety, handling, and administration. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product usage or performance. Develop and deliver educational materials and presentations on our pharmaceutical products. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers. Gather and report market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive information. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, R&D;) to address customer needs and product development opportunities. Ensure all interactions and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.



Assist in the training of sales representatives and other internal staff on product knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related life science field. Valid pharmacist license in Mexico is preferred but not mandatory if other relevant experience is demonstrated. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, or technical support role. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, their mechanisms of action, and clinical applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software platforms. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
