About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced remote-first professional to serve as the Coordinator of Children's Education and Well-being. This position, based entirely online and accessible from anywhere within Mexico (with proximity to Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico being advantageous for coordination), will oversee the strategic development and implementation of educational programs and well-being initiatives for young children. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education, child psychology, and program management, with a proven ability to create engaging and supportive virtual learning environments. You will play a key role in ensuring children receive comprehensive support for their holistic development through innovative online strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage comprehensive educational curricula and well-being programs tailored for early childhood development, delivered remotely.
- Oversee the implementation of online learning activities, ensuring they are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and promote holistic growth.
- Collaborate with a remote team of educators, child psychologists, and content creators to design and deliver high-quality resources.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for educational and well-being programs, analyzing data to drive improvements.
- Develop strategies to ensure the emotional, social, and physical well-being of children participating in remote programs.
- Create resources and provide guidance for parents/guardians on supporting their child's learning and well-being at home.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and scheduling for remote educational activities.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, child psychology, and online learning.




- Organize and facilitate virtual training sessions for educators and staff on program content and delivery methods.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant child safety, privacy, and educational standards in the online environment.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in early childhood education or child welfare, with at least 3 years in a program management or leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing remote or online educational and/or well-being programs for children.
- Strong understanding of child development principles, including emotional, social, cognitive, and physical domains.
- Proven ability to develop engaging digital content and manage online learning platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a remote team structure.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools, learning management systems, and standard office software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for child development and education.
- Commitment to safeguarding children and promoting inclusive practices in a virtual setting.
