Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Treasury Coordinator to join their finance department in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico . This role is essential for supporting the Treasury Manager in managing the company's cash flow, banking relationships, and financial transactions. The idóneo candidate will have a solid understanding of treasury operations, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This on-site position requires active participation in the day-to-day financial activities of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily cash positions and executing cash movements.
- Process electronic payments and prepare cash reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions.
- Support the management of banking relationships and monitor bank fees.
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and budget analysis.
- Monitor investment of surplus cash according to established policies.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures.
- Support the Treasury Manager in various financial projects and initiatives.
- Prepare reports on treasury activities for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
- Understanding of cash management, banking operations, and financial markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) is a plus.
- Proactive and eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
